
It's Time for Your Relief
3 steps to get into alignment with your healthier/happier self
You're here for a reason. Don't overthink it!
1. Let's start easy- when we feel locked up, stressed, disempowered, or overwhelmed the first thing to take a hit is the rhythm of our breath. This means instead of free flowing that energy that needs to move out of you, it gets stuck and stored in your physical body (which then manifests to discomfort of some kind). To unlock out of survival response and calm the nervous system, place a hand on your belly and a hand on your heart. Take 8 deep breathes where you hold at the top of the breath for a count of 4, exhale for a count of 8, and hold at the bottom of the breath for a count of 4. This will help you regulate your system and slow down thoughts that come at you too fast to process.

2. Now that you're more relaxed, let's slow down those racing thoughts. My overstimulated mental processors- this ones for you: For the next 5 mins (yes you can set a timer) you're going to imagine every word in each thought you have placed into a cloud or bubble that floats across your brain. They simply drift away from one side to the other and you watch them go with out attaching meaning or focus on them. Notice the space in-between each thought cloud grow greater and greater and your thoughts seemingly get slower.

3. GET A MOVE ON. No like actually move around. You can put on a song and dance or walk, or even if all you can do is shake your hands vigorously- begin to move around. Imagine the colors of other people's energies dropping off of you as you move. Every exhale you breath out energy that you picked up or was projected onto you and it drops right into the
Earth and gets turned into pure light. After that energy is moved out, imagine yourself in an orb of color that is just your own, inhaling into the top of your head, down to your toes.

"The Good Friend"?
Oh you thought it was me? Funny enough the good friend, is you! Well, it will be. See when we start making decisions that connect us in with the parts of us we hide, run from, have shame or pain around, it's like making friends with the kid on the playground that got picked on. We learn to hold more compassion, understanding, and become more empowered by helping those other versions of us process what wasn't possible for them to do on their own at the time. The good friend means learning how to become your own bestie, and we all have parts of us that need a little help feeling supported. That's where I come in! My name is Gabi and I am your personal guide when it comes to navigating and creating relationships with these parts of ourselves that hold us back from feeling great. In studying quantum theory to metaphysics, psychology, hypnotherapy, reiki, sound healing, and spirit channeling, I have created a process to help you get a holistic experience with your emotional processing/ trauma healing journey.

With Alignment sessions I have helped people process and heal through difficult breakups, unidentifiable illnesses, losing loved ones, childhood traumas, past life traumas, create connection to spirit guides and past lives, and open up intuitive abilities.

This work I hold so sacred and dear to my heart, as getting to work with humans on a soul level is nothing short of a magnificent privilege. The Process
Energy work is like tuning a piano. When your personal energy is in alignment, your life can feel like a gasp of fresh air. It all starts with The Friendly Chat. I create a comfortable and safe space to align us with what we are here to accomplish. Next, we go into The Soul Dive. This is where the magic happens. I combine my practices of Reiki, Sound Healing, and Channeling to create a relaxing and transformative experience. After about 50 minutes of channeling messages and songs from your guides, angels, and ancestors, we go into The Good Talk. In this space, we debrief what came through during the Soul Dive, and get clear on what practices will assist you moving forward in your life. Together we get a deeper understanding of how you can live in your highest power and be your most authentic self.
