Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. During the session I connect with your angels and guides and can deliver messages if they have life guidance to give to you. I combine sound healing into the Reiki session for maximum healing potential. Sound Healing is an ancient practice in which sound frequency can pierce stagnant energy and help move it along. I have created a unique practice that is special for each client. I use the tones of my voice and sing to each part of your body as I administer the Reiki. This is a very relaxing and healing service that will leave you feeling light and ready for life!
